Less than two minutes a day. More paradise than ever.

The simplest practice I know and why it changed everything about how I feel, how I love, how I lead.

There's something I've been doing daily for a while now.

And the results — in my body, in my relationships, in my business, in my marketing — are more than I expected.

I want to share it with you today. Not as a technique, but as a gift:

The first ingredient: know how you want to feel and track it!

I call it paradise. Most people call it love. Or abundance. Or light. Or freedom. Or God. Or Home.

What matters is: do you have a word? A feeling? A lived sense of what you're actually here to experience?

Because once you do — you can track it.

Every day, I ask myself one question:

What percentage of the last 24 hours did I experience that?

That's it. Less than two minutes. And science agrees: when a habit you decide to create takes less than two minutes, the likelihood of actually doing it — and receiving its rewards — is dramatically higher. The voice in your head finds nothing to argue with.

This single question, asked consistently, is maybe the fastest and simplest path to growing I've ever found. Sometimes uncomfortable. Always honest. Always useful.

The second ingredient: a safe space to reveal your darkness.

Not a therapist's couch. Not a social media post or an AI chat. Not a conversation where you perform your growth.

A circle. A small group of humans who have agreed to hold each other.

In that space, we ask ourselves:

What is the thing I most want to hide right now in front of you?

And we share it.

What happens next is not magic — though it feels like it. The subconscious becomes conscious. Darkness becomes light. What was contracting you starts, slowly, to release. And manifesting — attracting what you actually want — finally happens.

It's the most natural high I know. No substances. Just the alchemy of bringing what's hidden into the light of a safe space.

Both of these are Hawimi Kindness, by the way:

“Being caring with myself and the other/s, with consent of myself and the others.”

Supportive to yourself — tracking what you actually want to feel the most, instead of settling for anything less. Caring others — offering the real you. Kindness without forcing or pleasing. Only with consent from others and yourself, your body, your nervous system, your truth.

This is the recipe I've been living. And slowly — less and less social tension and feeling unsafe in my relationships, after decades. More ease in love. A body that feels more fit and alive. A business that feels more like me.

Kindness works, like a magic key that finally unlocks.

Thank you, for every time you choose kindness — with yourself, with another. Every time you do, you are my hero,

P.S. If the recipe I shared today landed somewhere real in you — that's your body telling you something. Trust it.

If you want to experience both, you can RSVP for Free a sit at the next Hawimi Circle here. If you are ready for the Hawimi Inner Circle (I think it is at least 3x both more safe and transformational) click here.
