🚽 I’m writing this from the toilet (and it might change the world;)

The 9-Billion Human Experiment:

I’m sitting on the toilet.

Using AI to transcribe my thoughts for this newsletter.

Telling my AI assistant that my message needs stories.

Because stories are engaging.

And vulnerable.

And human.

And kindness can somehow live inside them.

Maybe this newsletter itself can be a small example of the world we’re trying to create.

A world where kindness becomes the natural response to whatever we experience.

What if we can?

What if kindness became the way every human responds, everywhere.

How safe would that feel. For you and me. And for our children and the generations to come…

That’s our mission.

The Hawimi app is still in beta. But it already works.

And every week we host Hawimi Circles™ — spaces where people practice kindness, presence, and vulnerable conversation.

This past weekend something beautiful happened.

We hosted the first Hawimi Kindness Circles Facilitator Training.

And now there are humans from five different countries who know how to start facilitating kindness circles.

They have the structure.

They have the support.

And they are already spreading more kindness in their own bodies and their own communities.

And there are already beautiful Spanish-speaking humans excited to join. The first Spanish facilitator training will happen the first weekend of April!

So here we are.

A tribe.

Co-leading the Global Kindness Movement.

And also there is World Kindness Day — November 13th.

What if that day became something decentralized?

Not just conference or a brand campaign.

But thousands of events and random acts of kindness happening all over the world.

We define kindness in a very simple way:

Kindness is something caring or supportive toward oneself and another,

done with consent.

Before acting we ask:

• Do I genuinely want to do this?

• Is this caring or supportive for me and for the other person/s too?

• And, do I have her/his/their consent right now?

If yes — we go.

Caring.

And Consensual.

Simple. Surprisingly Powerful.

Something has been happening to me since focusing more on kindness.

The more I practice it,

the more I feel it inside my body.

In my relationships.

In my work.

In my tribe.

I even feel how some old childhood wounds are gradually dissolving.

As if kindness itself were medicine.

Often I genuinely feel like I’m living in paradise.

Every time we choose kindness, we expand the culture a little bit.

That’s the meaning of Hawimi:

I choose kindness.

We choose kindness.

Thank you for reading. Thank you for every time you are a conscious hero, just by choosing kindness…

With passion for our kind world,
