Christmas without forcing it?

Authenticity, alignment, and what might truly matter

Looking at “Christmas” today, I realize that I have mixed feelings. Perhaps you do too, and probably other people you and I know…

On the one hand, there is something deeply beautiful that happens at this time of year.

As if, suddenly, on a collective level, in so many people around the planet, the vibration of our intention rises.

For a few days, it seems that we want something more than just to survive.

More than just to be right.

More than selfishness.

More than winning regardless of what happens to others.

It’s as if our collective mental health improves momentarily.

And even if it’s true that, shortly after the year begins, this bubble starts to dissipate… it’s hard for me to imagine that it doesn’t have a real and positive effect on our minds, our hearts, and our bodies.

And at the same time…

For me, Christmas is also intertwined with many past experiences in which, even with good intentions, I forced myself to relate—

with my family and with myself.

The curious thing is that it probably wasn’t that I didn’t want to relate.

It was that I forced myself to do it in the way that social consensus seemed to expect from me.

And I feel that this is changing.

I believe that more and more of us are exploring something different:

allowing the best of Christmas to touch us…

noticing that it touches us inevitably…

and allowing ourselves to live it in a genuine way.

Perhaps not from the automatic “Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,” but from something truer.

Something that is born from listening—to ourselves first and foremost…

And this intertwines with not choosing a kind intention only in December.

I can—and I want to—extend this intention to the entire year.

In some way, that is what I have tried to live for more than 26 years of personal and spiritual growth.

And that is also what I do with Hawimi and with the FH Method™.

To extract this Christmas spirit—

this elevated intention to live for the common good—

and bring it into every choice, every day of the year.

In my experience, and in my observation of hundreds of other conscious heroes, what is more than 100% aligned with me

is always aligned as well with the good of everything around me.

And if I want to give the best of myself, I can only do so from authenticity.

Not by forcing myself.

Not by saying what I think others expect from me.

But by listening to myself.

Even if sometimes that feels strange.

As if I were “violating” a family or collective inheritance.

Today, the most genuine thing I can say to you is this:

I wish that you are living these days in whatever way is authentic for you.

That we open ourselves to flourish.

To give the best of ourselves.

And also to receive the best from everything around us.

Listening to ourselves more.

Being ourselves, more than ever.

And, if it resonates with you, committing together to bring this spirit—so alive at this time of year—into every day that remains of this year

and into every day that will come in 2026.

With the most truthful Christmas spirit I can find within me,

Loto.

P.S. Unconditional love to you…
